When you use the estimate form, you give us the service you need, your ZIP code and city, your first and last name, your phone number, your email address and any message or job details you choose to add. When you call or email, we receive what you tell us and the phone number or email address you contact us from. With a form submission the site also sends the page you sent it from and a simple label for how you reached the site, such as search, a link from another site or a direct visit. That label is kept in your browser's session storage while you browse, so it is not lost between pages, and it clears when the browser session ends.
How the estimate form works
The form sends your details to this site's own address (/api/lead), which passes them to the system we use to record and manage requests (a customer relationship management service). Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not an automated script. To do that, Turnstile processes technical information from your browser and device, and your IP address is passed along for that check. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.
Phone calls and email
Calls to the number on this site go to the business phone line. Emails go to the business inbox. We use what you tell us by phone or email the same way as a form request: to answer you and to arrange the work you ask about.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your request, arrange a walk of the property, prepare an estimate, schedule and manage the work, and keep records of requests and jobs. We do not use it for anything unrelated to your request. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Who we share it with
We share the details of your request with the licensed and insured contractors who carry out the work, so they can look at the property and do the job. We also rely on service providers that process information on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, runs the bot check and provides site analytics, and the customer relationship management service that stores requests. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views and to see how fast pages load. It does not use cookies for this, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technical storage while it runs the bot check on the form.
How long we keep it
We keep request and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, carry out the work, answer questions about it afterward and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email office@postoaklandclearingdenton.com with your request. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on it, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.
